Fencing
Traditional Hazel
The skills and techniques we use to make hazel hurdles have been passed down to use through many generations. Hazel is excellent material for making more sturdy and durable fencing and surrounds and we grow and manage our hazel sources locally.
The cleft material ages to a beautiful silvery colour which preserves well and hazel can be used to make a range of features for both indoor and outdoor use.
If you are thinking about hazel fencing, let us know how we can help.
Willow Panels
These are as pleasing to create as they are to look at! There is so much choice of colour and weave, and the fences provide a good windbreak or visual screen.
The panels are usually solid, but can be woven with gaps in for bird hides or to grow climbing plants from.
The panels can be made from classic basket willow or cleft, 2 year old ‘super willow’.
We always seek to understand your needs before making recommendations on materials or weaves. Please do get in touch to find out more.
Solid Arbours
Woven arbours can be made from hazel and willow to create an enclosed seating area in your garden.

Decorative Screening
As well as functional woven panels we can also make more decorative screening with geometric shapes or 2D animal figures.

Workshops
We offer a range of workshops (including community based) that promote teamwork and social engagement. We can deliver our workshops either indoors or outdoors and can offer a range services that allow participants to create their own pieces such as basketry items or plant trainers for their gardens.
